The Leadership Crossroads is a one-day immersive leadership experience led by April Ballestero, rooted in the work she’s been doing through One Light Ahead for nearly 20 years.

On April 6, a small group of leaders will gather in person for a focused, intentional experience designed for those navigating decision fatigue, complexity, and competing priorities. This is a day to step out of urgency and into clarity.

As part of this experience, each participant will receive complimentary access to the Habit Finder® Leadership Assessment, a powerful tool designed to uncover the hidden habits shaping how you think, decide, and lead. You’ll gain insight into the behavioral patterns driving your leadership style, how your habits influence decision-making under pressure, where clarity may be blocked by automatic responses, and practical awareness you can immediately apply inside and beyond the event.

In addition, you’ll receive a private one-on-one session with April to personally unpack your results.
