The Leadership Crossroads is a one-day immersive leadership experience led by April Ballestero—rooted in the work she’s been doing through One Light Ahead for nearly 20 years.
On April 6, a small group of leaders will gather in person for a focused, intentional experience designed for those navigating decision fatigue, complexity, and competing priorities. This is a day to step out of urgency and into clarity.
